Access philosophy

One of the world´s most exclusive golf courses with chateau is ready to open its doors to a companies by becoming possibly the first „Corporate golf only“ venue for economical and social events.

Casa Serena, deeply in the unspoilt Czech countryside, has previously been accessible „by invitation only“, but is now ready to open its doors to companies and individuals who wish to host golf days on this most private of venues. What makes the venture unique is that for the duration of the corporate event, the entire operation of Casa Serena Golf is dedicated to the corporate host.

Only one corporate booking per day is accommodated and there is no club or membership attached to the course. The corporate host is assured that the golf course is entirely at their personal disposal for the day, with the opportunity to dress the course and golf house with his own corporate identity.

Generally regarded as the best course in Czech Republic, this softening of the access policy is a response to a strong demand amongst the golfing community to experience the pleasure of play on one of the most secluded and private golf courses in the world.

Casa Serena Access Program –Honor– enables to stage 4 Corporate Day golf events per year, access to 18-hole golf course for up to 200 rounds in a season and also access to Casa Serena Chateau Roztez suites for 50 nights. There are additional privileges in first priority of being invited to stay at Chateau Roztez at certain amount per suite on pre-approved basis and to invite additional corporate guests with invitation from Casa Serena at certain amount for each 18‑hole round.

Casa Serena Access Program –Corporate– enables to stage 1 Corporate Day golf event per year and entitles to have 4 Corporate Access Cards, each can be used 4 times a year. This Corporate Access Card is also entitled to bring one corporate guest with Card owner's presence. There are additional privileges like the entitlement to invite additional corporate guests with invitation from Casa Serena at certain amount for each 18-hole round and the entitlement to stage one extra Corporate Day event at a certain Service Fee.

There can be accomodated up to 72 players for one 18‑hole golf tournament. Corporate Day catering to be arranged separately per request. Golf House facility is ready for Access client's operated entertainment program, approved by Casa Serena. Individual Invitation Program, for foreign visitors, includes one suite per night including breakfast, access to 18-hole golf course for one round, a personal driver and Kutna Hora tour arrangement with a personal guide.
